Registration
- Each participant must register individually.
- The two festival programs require separate registrations.
- Full payment is mandatory; registration is confirmed after submission and verification.
- Registration fees and room charges are non-refundable after confirmation.
- Bring digital or printed confirmation and valid identification.
Accommodation
- Allocation depends on availability, room category, gender and capacity.
- Follow the official check-in and check-out dates of the selected program.
- Children below five years receive no separate bed and stay with parents or guardians.
- Additional stay needs prior approval, extra payment and room availability.
- Organizers are not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
Festival Conduct
- Vaiṣṇava behavior, cleanliness and respectful conduct are mandatory.
- Follow directions from festival, accommodation and security volunteers.
- Misconduct or disturbance may result in cancellation of participation or accommodation.
